Start with the entrance you will actually use
The project material places One Heritage between Jalan Wong Ah Fook and Jalan Trus in Johor Bahru City Centre. The gallery includes an entrance illustration for Jalan Trus and a location image relating the project to City Square. These are useful orientation references, but they do not by themselves establish the pedestrian route from a particular lobby or unit.
When arranging a viewing, ask which entrance is open to visitors and residents, where the pedestrian crossing is, and whether your route uses outdoor pavement, an internal link or stairs. Test the route at the time of day you expect to travel, especially if you plan to carry luggage or use a stroller.

City Square: a shopping destination
The supplied location material labels City Square at approximately 30m and KOMTAR JBCC at approximately 100m. Treat these as labels from the material rather than a guarantee of the same distance from every project entrance. The route to a mall door, a station entrance and an immigration hall can be different even where the landmarks are close together.
For everyday use, check the opening hours of any internal passage you intend to use and the route available outside mall hours. A convenient daytime route may not be the route you can use early in the morning or late at night.
JB Sentral / CIQ and Bukit Chagar RTS are separate
The supplied material groups the existing JB Sentral / CIQ area under an approximate 140m label. This guide does not describe that number as the walking distance to the RTS Link station.
LTA’s official RTS Link information identifies the Malaysian station as Bukit Chagar and the Singapore station as Woodlands North. The two-country CIQ arrangements described for the RTS Link are part of that station system. A reference to JB Sentral or the existing CIQ area is not a substitute for identifying the Bukit Chagar entrance.

What this website does not assume
No fixed walk to Bukit Chagar, guaranteed covered link, door-to-door crossing time or immigration queue time is promised here. Confirm the accessible entrance, route and current service arrangements with official transport information and an on-site check.

A practical route-check checklist
- Exact start: ask whether your route starts at Jalan Trus or Jalan Wong Ah Fook.
- Exact destination: specify City Square, JB Sentral, the existing CIQ complex or Bukit Chagar RTS Station.
- Access conditions: check crossings, steps, lift access, sheltered sections and opening hours.
- Timing: separate walking time from ticketing, waiting and immigration clearance.
- Return journey: check the route back to the entrance, not only the outbound direction.
Pair the route check with the floor-plan comparison so you assess both the location and the unit you may actually use.
Discuss the exact unit you have in mind
Ask for the current type, floor, facing, included fittings, dated quotation and viewing arrangements.
